I graduated from Emory University with a degree in both English and Sociology, where I was part of the honors program. My background has equipped me with the expertise not only to elevate your essay but also enhance your writing skills more broadly. I am passionate about helping students feel confident and proud of their college applications by guiding them to showcase their unique strengths.

It has been a privilege to see my students succeed, with many gaining acceptance to elite institutions across the country. I would love to work with you to help reach your goals and make this process as rewarding as possible.

My Story

I’m originally from Marietta, Georgia, where I attended Pope High School in Cobb County. Ever since my own college application journey, I’ve loved the process of writing college essays because they allow students to showcase their creativity and offer admissions committees a glimpse of who they are beyond grades and test scores. I truly believe that a thoughtfully crafted essay can be the deciding factor in acceptance to your dream school, yet many students tend to overlook its significance.

To me, writing a college essay is a beautiful process of self-discovery. It encourages you to ask important questions: What has shaped me? How have I grown from the difficult periods in my life? How have my experiences influenced who I am today? Where do I see myself in the future? These reflections allow students to connect with themselves and express what sets them apart from other applicants. I first began tutoring students during the pandemic via Zoom, while still a student at Emory University. What started as a way to help others during a challenging time turned into something much more meaningful. I found the experience incredibly rewarding, with both my students and me feeling fulfilled by the process. Even when in-person classes resumed, I decided to continue this work alongside my studies.

After graduating, I pursued a Pre-Medical Post-Baccalaureate Program at The George Washington University, as I decided to pursue a career in medicine. Now, as I apply to medical school and work toward my own aspirations, I’m committed to continuing my work helping students achieve their goals. I understand firsthand the stress and pressure of the college application process, and it’s my hope to guide students through it in a way that leaves them feeling confident and proud of their work.

This journey has brought me immense joy, and I look forward to continuing to mentor and support students throughout their application process.
